The hotel was newly rennovated when we stayed there in August 2001. It is very convenient to the marketplace and countless shops and restaurants within the greenbelt.
If you are driving, get directions in advance, because getting there is a challenge.
The only sour note is that we were not told of the charge for the underground garage until we checked out.

The location is excellent, near the Market Square in the direction of the train station. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast, though extra, was a real breakfast and worth the price. Our only complaint was the provision of only one bath towel for two people.

We had a very good experience at the Campanile. The service was excellent, the room large, clean and well laid-out. The best part was the excellent location -- we were just a minute from Market Square and so close to everything that we did not even need to use public transport or our car while visiting.
